Accessing Your Customer Account

Click here to access information in your customer account portal. If you DO NOT have a login you are most likely doing Guest Checkout. We can make you an account if you’d like.

Drive Folder

Please Search your Name/Business name in Google Drive to access your client drive folder created by Media On The Rise. This is where we store all of your documents, notes, spreadsheets and content.

Content Approval Sheet

This Content Approval Sheet is created to help you oversee the content we create and manage the approval process of what will be published to your accounts. Please continue reading to see a graphic showing you how this process will work.

Upgrading/Downgrading

You can email us anytime to upgrade your plan or add more hours. We require a 2 week notice to downgrade/cancel your plan. We offer prorated services for any overlap.

Payment

If you are on a monthly or yearly retainer with us, your charges will be automated every month for the agreed amount stated in your contract or other discussed agreement.

Book Your Next Call With Us

  • 1 Hour Laser Focus Call

    All of our packages offer at least one monthly laser focus call! We will send you a reminder each month to book. You are welcome to book 2-3 months in advance.

  • 30 Minute Client Check In Call

    30 minute call with Maddie Mackey. This call is perfect for reviewing a project or a mid month check in.

  • 15 Minute Call

    Best for discussing new projects, going over a quick question or a follow up discussion.

Using Your Approval Sheet

For Content Approval

We will email you the link to the sheet when we have new content updates.

Your job is to review this within 3 business days and return your edit requests/notes OR mark your posts as approved.
