Maddie Mackey created Media On The Rise after spending over six years in professional practice focused on Trauma Recovery, Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Wellness. She is a proud mother to an almost six-year-old and is passionate about creating community, bringing people together, and curating high-vibe experiences.
Based in San Diego, Maddie is the owner of a full-service marketing agency and co-owner of a publishing company. She also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for several startup tech and service-based businesses, both locally and internationally.
Jules Marchisio is a San Diego–based Entrepreneur, Realtor, and Community Builder. With a background in project management, network marketing, and real estate, she’s known for creating meaningful connections and empowering others to thrive. As founder of Rise & Thrive, a women’s community built on collaboration over competition, Jules hosts events that spark growth, confidence, and authentic networking. Blending business expertise with heart, she guides clients, mentors entrepreneurs, and builds spaces where women feel seen and supported.
