She is a mother to an almost 6 year old and I am passionate about creating community, bringing people together and creating high vibe experiences! Owner of full service Marketing Agency in San Diego and co owner of a publishing company, Maddie sites as the CMO of many startup tech and service based businesses both locally and internationally.

Jules Marchisio is a multifaceted entrepreneur, Realtor, and community builder based in San Diego. With a background spanning corporate project management, network marketing leadership, and real estate, Jules thrives on creating connection and empowering others. She is the founder of Rise and Thrive, a women’s community dedicated to collaboration over competition, where she hosts events that inspire growth, confidence, and authentic networking.
